COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is designed to aid the design, formulation and execution of organization’s corporate strategy/ strategic thinking. This entails the strategic decision-making process by looking across all of the firm’s dimensions (businesses) to determine how to create the most value.
Training Methodology
The training combines a lecture theater approach, interactive sessions, deploying and testing strategy formulation and evaluation tools or sample illustrations and ice breakers related to the training subject matter. The courses can be run as in-house, public theatre delivery or through online trainings.
