COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is aligned for participants working in the Project Finance Management for Donor Funded Projects and construction. This training gives a holistic view of the entire project management process, as well as key project management tools developed from both small-scale to large-scale projects. This highly applicable training is therefore designed to promote accountability, credibility, and transparency of periodic donor funded projects.
Training Methodology
The training combines a lecture theater approach, interactive sessions. The courses can be run as in-house, public theatre delivery or through online trainings. Therefore, this training program combines both theory and practical delivery of designing, delivering and efficiently evaluation the effectiveness of the project finance management for organization’s including donor funded projects and in Public Private Partnerships arrangements.
